Workshop Overview

Designed for all levels of music students, this unique workshop explores the powerful role music plays in creating the immersive lands and attractions at Disney parks.

Through artistic sound analysis, a musical scavenger hunt throughout Disneyland Park and a deeper look into the storytelling power of music, students gain a hands-on understanding of how music can create emotion, atmospheric tone and a vivid sense of time and place.

This workshop takes place entirely in Disneyland Park.

Requirements: This course has a minimum of 10 participants. No instruments are needed. Minimum age is 7 years old.

Disney Performing Arts Workshops fulfill many of the National Core Arts Standards for creation, performing, responding and connecting. Review the standards explored through this experience.

How to Apply

Submit your completed Disney Performing Arts Application to us at least 8 weeks before the requested date of your event. (Application materials can be accepted up to one year in advance.)

There is no audition required for this workshop.
