Students get a peek behind the curtain to meet the Cast Members that work behind the scenes to make live shows, fireworks and parades come to life.
Many people recognize Disney as a world leader in entertainment. You've probably noticed the outstanding singers, dancers, actors and musicians throughout our theme parks that create magical moments on a daily basis. In this 2 ½-hour workshop, students get to pull back the curtain and meet some of the Cast Members that work behind the scenes to make live shows, fireworks and parades come to life. Students get a chance to interact with Technicians, Entertainment Managers, Stage Managers, and Costuming as they tour a working stage and learn more about what it takes to make our shows happen. This workshop was developed specifically for theatre students that work in technical production and behind the scenes roles.
