Explore the world of professional costuming by partaking in an interactive discussion about what it takes to succeed as an industry professional and gain insight into the dynamic work of theatrical costumers and fashion designers. This workshop includes brief tours of Disneyland Resort backstage costume facilities!
Created for high school and college theatrical costuming and fashion teams, this 90-minute interactive workshop explores a wide range of careers in theatrical costuming and fashion design. Students are shown samples of elaborate Disney costume designs and given tours of rarely-seen production facilities as they learn what it takes to become a professional in this multi-faceted industry.

Requirements: This course has a minimum of 15 participants. Minimum age is 14 years old.
This performance opportunity fulfills many of the National Core Arts Standards for creation, performing, responding and connecting. Review the standards explored through this experience.
Submit your completed Disney Performing Arts Application to us at least 8 weeks before the requested date of your event. (Application materials can be accepted up to one year in advance.)
There is no audition required for this workshop.
