Participants in this highly experiential program will gain insights into a leader's role in creating and supporting an environment that stimulates and encourages creativity within a team, as once modeled by Walt himself. This program focuses on creativity, as Disney defines and utilizes this tool to drive business success.

*A minimum of 10 students is required and a maximum of one (1) adult may attend the Program per every five (5) students. Minimum of 1 adult per 15 students must attend the Program. The number of Group Leaders and Additional Guests (i.e., chaperones, parents, siblings, etc.) may not exceed the number of students.
Theme Park admission is required and all participants must purchase a Disney Education Programs – College Edition Ticket Package to attend any Disney Education Programs – College Edition program. Use of an admission is required for entrance into the park on the date of your program. Tickets are valid for 7 days prior to your arrival date and after departure date. Tickets are only available to residents of the Domestic U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. Annual passes, complimentary admission and regular front‐gate admission cannot be applied to the cost of a program.
