Plan Your Walt Disney World® Resort Visit
Below are 6 easy steps for planning your Disney Youth Education Series visit at Walt Disney World® Resort.
  1. Select the program(s) that best suits your group.
  2. Choose the dates you intend to visit. Disney Youth Education Series programs are available year-round. While we will work diligently to accommodate your request, we ask that you identify an alternate program date in case programming is not available on your preferred date.
  3. Submit a Program Request Form at least 6 weeks in advance of your travel dates and up to a year in advance of your arrival. Programs are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Early registration is encouraged to ensure availability of your chosen program.
  4. Upon confirmation from the Disney Youth Programs team, purchase your value-priced group theme park Ticket Packages which include your first Disney Youth Education Series program. Maximize your visit and ask your Disney Youth Representative about adding additional programs during your visit.
  5. You can also purchase tickets that include other Disney parks or events, including: Disney Water Parks, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and DisneyQuest® Indoor Interactive Theme Park.
  6. Be sure to request information on food and beverage options and convenient Disney on-site group Hotel Accommodations.

Additional Guests
Additional guests are the perfect way to share the wonder and magic of your Walt Disney World® Resort visit. The best part is that students and their friends and family can each enjoy their own special kind of Disney fun with the same great value-priced Disney Youth Education Series ticket packages!* The Disney Youth Education Series Additional Guest ticket package does not include participation in the Disney Youth Education Series program.

Disney Youth Representatives can guide you in choosing the programs that best suit your group, plan your food and beverage options and they can even help you book your Disney Resort accommodations at special group rates.

*A minimum of 10 students is required and a maximum of one (1) adult may attend the Program per every five (5) students. The number of Group Leaders and Additional Guests (i.e. chaperones, parents, siblings, etc.) may not exceed the number of students.

Theme Park admission is required and all participants must purchase a Disney Youth Education Series Ticket Package to attend any Disney Youth Education Series program. Use of an admission is required for entrance into the park on the date of your program. Tickets are valid for 7 days prior to your arrival date and after departure date. Tickets are only available to residents of the Domestic U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. Annual passes, complimentary admission, and regular front-gate admission cannot be applied to the cost of a program. All programs subject to availability. Program content, times, attractions, and locations subject to change due to inclement weather, availability or group dynamics. Students must meet minimum age/grade requirements.

  4. Upon confirmation from the Disney Youth Programs team, you may purchase your value-priced group Theme Park Tickets which include your first Disney Youth Education Series program. Maximize your visit and ask your Disney Youth Representative about adding additional programs during your visit.
  5. Be sure to request information on food and beverage options from your Disney Youth Representative. Information on convenient Disney on-site group hotel accommodations are also available by calling (714) 520-5004.

Individual Enrollment

Individual Enrollment — Disney Youth Education Series

Select Disney Youth Education Series programs at Disneyland® Resort and Walt Disney World® Resort are now available to individual students or small groups (fewer than 10 at Walt Disney World® Resort and fewer than 15 at Disneyland® Resort) age 5 through 12th grade. This is a perfect opportunity for home-schoolers or community groups to participate in a Disney Youth Education Series program. Click here for program Individual Enrollment dates and details.

A minimum number of participants must be reached for each program to be activated. Purchase of a ticket does not ensure program activation. You will be contacted if the minimum is not reached for your selected program.
