Note: The package does not include accommodations. Transportation to and from Disney Jazz Celebration events is the responsibility of each participating organization.

- Click here to register online or submit the Disney Jazz Celebration registration form (see the Download section aove)
- Submit the registration fee for each ensemble
(Note: Ensembles are not registered and availability in the festival is not guaranteed until the registration fee is received for each ensemble and a confirmation letter is sent by the festival office. During the scheduling process, we will work to schedule ensembles in the order that registrations were fully confirmed.)
Transportation
Detailed arrival instructions will be provided upon the festival schedule confirmation.
Transportation to and from the Disneyland® Resort, or to and from any backstage gates will not be provided.
It is necessary for all participants and directors to arrive together at the appointed time. You must provide at least one vehicle to transport your instruments, costumes and any props backstage, and to store your personal belongings during your event(s). Your locked vehicle(s) must remain accessible to you in the Pre-Show Area until your event is complete. Only vehicles required for your performance will be allowed backstage.
At most venues, ensembles will warm-up, perform and receive their post performance clinic on-stage.
** Dressing facilities will be provided, so please ensure your students do not arrive and depart dressed in their performance attire.
