Disney's Leadership in Action: Pursuit of Excellence | Individual Enrollment
It's time for students to step out of their comfort zones and to learn what it takes to be great leaders. While discovering how leadership played a role in Walt Disney's life, students explore exciting Disneyland® attractions, learn the importance of teamwork and gain the self confidence necessary to be leaders of tomorrow.
Discover Walt Disney's secret of making dreams come true while exploring some of his most famous attractions including Disneyland® Railroad, Pirate's Lair on Tom Sawyer's Island, Pirates of the Caribbean and Splash Mountain. Students are challenged to dwell in the possibilities, have the courage to step out of their comfort zones and understand the importance of diversity. Throughout this program students will also learn how to work together through a team building experience, become confident in how to accomplish their goals and be motivated to achieve the impossible.

- Understand their personal leadership skills and how to apply them to a team setting.

- Apply different ideas to a project.
- Explore and approach a project from different perspectives.
- Gain the confidence to overcome obstacles.

- Lead a project to completion while maintaining a positive attitude.
Students who are not traveling with a group but would like to enroll in this Disney Youth Education Series program can do so during any date specified below.
A minimum number of participants must be reached for each program to be activated. Purchase of a ticket does not ensure program activation. You will be contacted if the minimum is not reached for your selected program. All children 12 and under must have a responsible adult on the program with them. Children 13 and older who will not have a parent or responsible adult with them MUST have a parent/guardian accompany them to the start of the program and sign a waiver in case of emergency and the parent/guardian must be present in the same park as the program their child is participating in case of an emergency.
