Note: The package does not include accommodations; however, accommodations are available at Walt Disney World® Resort Hotels. Transportation to and from Disney Honors events is the responsibility of each participating organization.

We're excited to host your ensemble at The Disney Honors! Here are specific details regarding the registration process:
- Review the material included in the Director's Program Overview (see the Download section above)
- Ensure your middle and high school group is an eligible ensemble
- Concert Bands, Symphonic Bands and Wind Ensembles
- Full Orchestras, String Orchestras and Chamber Orchestras
- Mixed Choirs, Treble Choirs, Men's Chorus and Chamber Choirs
- Complete the registration form
- Directors can register ensembles online

- Submit ensemble résumé and director's biography
As part of your registration, we request a résumé of the ensembles including recent accomplishments and a brief history of the music program. We also request a bio of the ensemble's director(s). The Resume and Bio may be sent via email. - Pay application fee
A non-refundable application fee of $100.00 is required for each ensemble. The registration fee may be paid online using a credit card during the registration process or via check made payable to Disney Destinations, LLC.

Note: Ensembles are not registered and availability in the festival is not guaranteed until the registration fee is received for each ensemble and a confirmation letter is sent.
Transportation
All groups must provide their own transportation to and from The Disney Honors performances and activities. There are no dressing facilities, so please ensure your students arrive and depart dressed in their performance attire.
